This pack will go anywhere and carry practically anything in two different ways. It's body is the same as on the Health Pack. There are three open outside pockets and two outside zippered pockets. The leather-lined inside features a pocket also. Hook both ends of the strap on the end to wear as a healthy shoulder sling or attach the hooks on the two loops on the back, unzip the strap, and wear it as a backpack! Very versatile! Measurements are 9" X 14" X 4 1/2".
