This legal pad is a good size for a purse or briefcase.  It features an inside pocket for used notes or business cards.  The corners are brass.  We use cowhide for both the inside and outside parts.  Refills can be found at many discount office supply stores.  Measurements of the pad cover are 3 3/4" X 5 3/4".
